Overview
Harvest House Publishers commissioned illustrations for their publication of Emily A. Jensen’s devotional, He Is Strong, Devotions for When You Feel Weak. The brief was to ornament the cover and interior chapter heads in a whimsical take on a traditional woodcut aesthetic.
All illustrations were made on scratchboard so as to best achieve the appearance and tactile quality of woodcuts.
