APPROACH       Until advancements in printing technology came about it, pen drawing was a discipline that all early illustrators had to cultivate if they wished to see their work in print. Today, with those technological limitations behind us, many of the practical techniques and disciplines once required of these artists are now being forgotten. 

      In this collection of work, my aim has been to reclaim those traditional methods  and make them available, once again, to those who are still interested in the beautiful simplicity that this medium provides.
